"Every place or happening can be wonderful, if you experience it with the company of good friends".
That is exactly what we had in mind, already from the birth of the "Solfeance Concept". We counted on our friends to help us give birth to this attempt, invoke their good will & knowledge, express their thoughts & concerns, not only about hospitality, but about our society in general and how it could evolve to a better place not only for us but especially for the ones to come.
Diversity was another need for this concept to come to Life, so different proffesional backgrounds and mentalities were invited. People from the hospitality industry, gastronomy, construction business, arts, education, law, health, marketing, were "recruited" for this special evening. Everybody offered something from their own mental library, only to make the discussions even more intriguing than we thought they would be.
